I had been using 1.0 ohm pods but see as of now they they are out. I am using a .6 ohm pod that came with one of my Xros's kits and have immediately noticed an improvement in flavor and draw. The only drawback is the fluid and battery don't last as long, but then I am not hitting on it as often.
This store is my go-to place for liquid, devices and pods. Never had an issue. I will be ordering the .8 ohm pods in the future. I'm sure I will be happy with those. Xros is the best IMO.
