Pick salt nic (usually 25–50mg, 30ml bottles) if you use a low-wattage pod device such as a Caliburn, Novo or XROS — it gives a stronger hit per puff at low power. Pick freebase (usually 3–6mg, 60–100ml bottles) if you run a sub-ohm tank or box mod at higher wattage, where salt nic would be far too harsh. If you're not sure, the device's coil resistance tells you: under 1.0Ω is freebase territory, over 1.0Ω is salt nic.
