I have to keep extracting the pod and reinserting it to get it to work. No clue why... but making it work since I just bought it

Heavy Heads was out of an item in the color that I had initially ordered. They reached out to me via email and asked if I wanted the item in a color they had in stock. I thought that was really nice! Normally, the shipment would just be shipped minus that item.
