# Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with **Heavy Heads MN**. We work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

## Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment during our normal business days. Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time displayed at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours may begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume, promotions, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control, processing may take longer than normal.

## Shipping Carrier

Heavy Heads MN currently ships orders through the **United States Postal Service (USPS)**.

Once an order has been packaged, accepted by USPS, and entered into the USPS mail stream, the package is in the possession and control of the shipping carrier.

## Estimated Delivery Dates

Any delivery date, transit time, or estimated arrival date displayed at checkout, provided in a shipping confirmation, or shown through package tracking is an **estimate provided by the shipping carrier**.

**Heavy Heads MN does not create, control, or guarantee USPS delivery estimates.**

The estimated delivery timeframe begins after the package has been accepted by USPS and does not include Heavy Heads MN's order-processing time unless specifically stated otherwise.

While packages normally arrive within the estimated timeframe provided by USPS, actual delivery times may vary.

Carrier delays may occur because of circumstances including, but not limited to:

- Weather or natural disasters

- Transportation delays

- USPS staffing or operational issues

- Increased holiday shipping volume

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses

- Delivery access issues

- Routing or sorting errors

- Local postal delays

- Federal holidays

- Events or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Heavy Heads MN

An estimated delivery date is **not a guaranteed delivery date** unless the particular USPS service purchased expressly provides a delivery guarantee.

## Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order ships.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided for their shipment.

Tracking information and estimated delivery dates are generated and updated by USPS. Heavy Heads MN does not control when USPS scans a package or updates its tracking information.

There may occasionally be a delay between the time USPS receives a package and the time tracking information is updated.

## Responsibility After Shipment

Heavy Heads MN is responsible for properly preparing your order and tendering it to USPS at the shipping address provided with your order.

**Once USPS has accepted and taken possession of the package, Heavy Heads MN does not control the transportation, routing, handling, delivery schedule, or final delivery of the shipment.**

Heavy Heads MN is therefore not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery disruptions occurring after USPS has accepted the shipment.

A delayed package does not automatically mean that the package has been lost.

Customers experiencing a delayed shipment should first review the most recent tracking information and follow any instructions provided by USPS.

## Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package is still in transit but delivery is taking longer than originally estimated, customers should allow USPS the appropriate amount of time to complete delivery.

When a shipment meets USPS requirements for a missing-mail inquiry, claim, or other investigation, the customer may be required to contact USPS or participate in the USPS claims process.

Heavy Heads MN may, at its discretion, assist customers by providing available shipment information needed for a carrier inquiry. Providing such assistance does not mean that Heavy Heads MN assumes responsibility for a package lost or delayed while in the carrier's possession.

Any replacement, refund, or credit relating to a package lost while in USPS possession will be determined in accordance with applicable law, the shipping service used, available insurance coverage, and Heavy Heads MN's applicable refund or replacement policies.

## Packages Marked "Delivered"

If USPS tracking shows a package as **Delivered**, Heavy Heads MN considers the shipment delivered to the address provided with the order.

If you cannot locate a package marked Delivered, we recommend:

1. Checking the delivery location, mailbox, porch, parcel locker, or other areas where USPS may have left the package.

2. Checking with other members of the household, neighbors, building management, or front desk personnel.

3. Allowing a short period of time in case the USPS delivery scan occurred before the package was physically delivered.

4. Contacting your local USPS office with the tracking number for additional information.

Heavy Heads MN is not responsible for packages that USPS confirms were delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

## Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully verify your:

- Name

- Street address

- Apartment, suite, or unit number

- City

- State

- ZIP Code

Heavy Heads MN is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address **before shipment**, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to USPS.

## Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to Heavy Heads MN by USPS because of an incorrect address, insufficient address, refusal, inability to forward, failure to claim the package, or other delivery issue.

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

Original shipping charges may be nonrefundable where permitted by law because the shipping service was already purchased and used.

## Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping service and other applicable order or destination information.

Paying for an expedited shipping service purchases the corresponding USPS shipping service. It does not mean Heavy Heads MN independently guarantees delivery by a particular date.

## Shipping Delays

Heavy Heads MN cannot issue a refund solely because USPS delivers an order later than its original estimated delivery date, except where required by applicable law or where the shipping service itself carries an applicable delivery guarantee.

Carrier estimates are provided for convenience and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee by Heavy Heads MN that an order will arrive on a particular date.

## Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Heavy Heads MN promptly and retain:

- The product

- Original packaging

- Shipping box or mailer

- Shipping label

- Photographs of the damage

These materials may be necessary to investigate the shipment or submit a claim with USPS.

Do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

## Shipping Restrictions

Heavy Heads MN will only ship products to locations where the products may lawfully be sold, shipped, received, and possessed.

Certain products may be subject to federal, state, or local shipping restrictions, age restrictions, carrier requirements, or other legal requirements.

Heavy Heads MN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any shipment that we determine cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the destination provided.

## Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with Heavy Heads MN, you acknowledge that:

- Shipping and delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier.

- Estimated delivery dates are generally not guaranteed.

- Heavy Heads MN does not control USPS operations or transit times.

- Heavy Heads MN's control over a shipment ends once the package has been accepted into the USPS mail stream.

- Delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside Heavy Heads MN's reasonable control are not the responsibility of Heavy Heads MN.

- You are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address.

## Questions About Your Shipment

If you have a question about an order before it ships, please contact Heavy Heads MN as soon as possible.

After an order has been accepted by USPS, the USPS tracking information should be used as the primary source for the shipment's current status and estimated delivery date.

Heavy Heads MN will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available shipping information, but we cannot control or guarantee the actions, transit times, or delivery performance of the shipping carrier.
