Didn’t get my package 14 days ago, won’t be ordering anymore.
I’m very picky when it comes to choosing a flavor for my vaping unit. Originally I started out buying the disposable Loons that come in a large variety of flavors . I attempted to try every flavor. I had some favorites so when I saw the reusable vape and accessories Inwas super excited to get one. Having tried the flavors previously I knew I wanted “Rainbow Drops”. Once I find a flavor or something I really like I go crazy with it. I so ly would use the “Rainbow Drops” by Loon for over a year. This was great until the black 60mg bottles became scarce. Several months ago I was able to locate them so I bought 4 bottles. The last time when I began looking it was much harder to locate any original bottled 60mg “Rainbow Drops.”
I spent days trying to locate this specific flavor in the black bottle. Apparently Loon not only changed the bottles but they also switched up the flavor formula also. They added the “cooling” sensation, which on other flavors might be identified as “Ice”, “Freeze”, or “Slushy.” If I wanted to purchase menthol flavored vapes I would buy them but I purposefully have been going crazy trying to locate other flavors that are sweet without any of the coolness to them. I thought I had found some on this sight but because there have been none available (50mg bottles) I chose several other flavors to try. This is expensive if you’ve never even tasted them. If I don’t like it then I’ve wasted $12-$25. I wish I know what ingredient causes that sensation when smoking it because then I would just look for flavors without it. “Sweet Mango” is an example of another flavor with no “cooling” sensations. I believe more than 2/3 of the flavors are “mentholly” to me. I added a couple questions on the online order form and before the purchase was shipped out a man working there messaged me to answer my questions. This man went out of his way to take time from his work to text me and let me know that the formula had changed along with the color of the bottle and the mgs in the bottle (from 60mg-50mg). He wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted and confirming that I still wanted the items in my order. He went above and beyond his job requirements to make sure that I was getting what I thought I was and that I’d be a happy customer. It had an impact on me because you don’t see that very often.
I use the Loon brand e-salts because I believe they have the best flavor, you can actually taste the flavor a lot more than other brands, I like the Cotton Candy and my husband likes the Sub-Zero and Spearmint Berry flavors! I give them 4.5 stars
There used to be loon salt banana taffy but I can't find it in 60mg. Wish it was available
